CIAM Group Limited (“the Company”)

CIAM Group Limited is a member of China 's CITIC Group.

It is a subsidiary of CITIC International Assets Management Limited (“CIAM Parent”), which is an affiliated company of CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited.

The core businesses of the Company are private equity investments and fund management.

Our strength lies in deal-sourcing and on-the-ground execution capabilities: resting on CITIC Group's significant influence and extensive network in China, as well as our team's solid business experience in, and in-depth knowledge of, China.

It is the common goal of the shareholders at CIAM Parent level to make the co-operation a true partnership. Thus, participation by foreign partners in the daily management and operation in different ways has been set up with a view to pool in their respective expertise and resources for the benefit of the Company.

It is the vision of the management to develop the Company into a unique multi-cultural platform actively participating in the globalized cross-border investment activities.

As of December 2009, CIAM had more than 40 investment related professional staff at headquarters in Hong Kong and various offices in mainland China (subsidiaries in Beijing, Shenzhen and Tianjin.)
